Love is on all our minds

[man... relli hope i can drink tonnes at leavers... i need to get pissed! =P... ah wellz... i'll just get pissed slowly, or wake up looking emo, coz i would've been scratching all night long. =P. Hui Hui]

Could not wake up properly today, could not respond to my alarm. Could not bring myself to concentrate, could not stop the conversations. One thing was quite obvious today though, the fact that love is on all our minds.

After teaching the girls this morning, filling in for Jen and Mel, I headed off to the Riverton library to continue my "study" for the TEE. Note: "study". Today's study plan was basically ruined, not that it's a bad thing (even though it probably is at this point in time), as I had time to bond with friends, to talk about anything and everything. Despite the bizzare questions posed by Deb, conversations drifted towards the issue of love. Here are some examples of what was said today:

"If you had to go out with a transition metal, which one would you go out with?"
"So you don't like Asian guys?"
"Would you go out with it? [directed at my white out]"
"I'm only attracted to Asians."

These are the most outstanding lines that I remember from today's fun-filled afternoon at the Local History block of the library. I also found out that P has his Ps, both in Australia and in Christmas Island. Amazing. Anyway, I suppose at this age, this topic is probably the most frequently visited, the most frequently questioned, the most frequently critiqued. It just suddenly stood out to me today and also suddenly struck me, that if a conversation lasts long enough, something relating to love is bound to come up. Normal? Yeah, I think so.
